125mph progress report

I am about two weeks in so I thought it would be good to see if the changes have worked. A quick assessment of my biomechanical changes, a look at my swing and of course the MPH.

Biomechanical changes

I was working mainly on 3 things, sacroiliac joint function, sciatic nerve range and my isolated spinal rotation.


SIJ improved

My straight leg raise test has gone from 30 degrees to 50 degrees on the left and from 45 degrees to 75 degrees on the right. This is a clear indication that I have improved my sciatic nerve function. However, I cannot move on from this exercise until I can reach at least 90 degrees of flexion.


My spinal rotation test has moved from 30 degrees of rotation in both directions to 45 degrees to the left and 40 degrees to the right. I am aiming for 45 plus on both sides.

My swing change has also helped with my swing speed. I have also noticed that I am longer in all clubs.
