Intrinsic biomechanics screening

Your intrinsic biomechanics are unique. Dysfunctions can cause swing faults, injuries and inhibit performance. Your biomechanics can also change your shot shape and strike. The most repeatable position is neutral. Following a corrective plan will keep you at peak performance in the gym and on the course.

1to1 training

If you want to optimise your training, then one to one sessions are the best way to make sure you are lifting optimal weights, using correct technique, reps, sets, tempo and rest to get the best out of your mechanical advantage training programme.

online training programme

An online programme from mechanical advantage will ensure each session you do is productive, and will tie in perfectly with you playing and practice schedule. This ensures season long performance. Periodised to peak at key events in the calendar and not inhibit performance.

All biomechanics programmes, performance training plans and progression tracking is done through mechanical advantage golf app. You can easily follow your training plans, log your weights/sets/reps and refer back to them. All exercises that are set have demonstration videos so you will know exactly what you are doing in the gym.
